3. Cancellations
For any service cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of [percentage or amount].

• Cancellations made after work has started are non-refundable, as the work has already been performed.

7. Processing Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
